With only five days left until the gathering, we understand that many of you are already en route to join us. Before your arrival, we kindly remind you of the following important points:

– Please ensure you have a valid entry ticket under your name, as there will be no tickets available at the gate.

– Have your ID card and ticket PDF (printed or digital) ready for a seamless check-in process, helping us expedite the logistics.

– All tickets must include your name and birthdate. If any information is missing, please send an email to support@beatbase.com for assistance.

– Early arrivals will be directed to a pre-parking area until the gates officially open. Please note that this area may not have ideal conditions, such as shade, water points, and sufficient WCs. Additionally, the ticket checking and bracelet distribution process can be time-consuming.

– To minimize our environmental footprint and streamline parking logistics within the ZNA Land, we encourage you to carpool or share rides whenever possible.

– On the day of the outbound shuttles (22th July), the main 15km dirt road will be closed from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. No alternative access will be available during this time, as this measure helps us avoid traffic hazards and ensures a smooth operation. Please plan your activities and commitments accordingly.

– As a reminder, pets, glass bottles, and fire equipment are not permitted inside the ZNA Land.
