Cashless Payments at ZNA Gathering 2026
Starting with our 2022 edition, we introduced cashless transactions at our bars and InfoPoint stand. For the upcoming edition, we’ve extended this method to include all official vendors operating within ZNA Land, such as restaurants and shops.
Why go cashless?
This approach minimizes waiting times, improves logistics, and enhances your overall experience while partying with us.
How it works
We will provide 24/7 cashless terminals on-site where you can charge your bracelet with the desired spending amount for our bars, with our assistance. You can also check your balance and spendings at available terminals and pop-ups.
Accepted payment methods for top-ups
We accept various credit cards, physical cash (Euros), and MBWay for Portuguese account holders.
Costs associated with cashless bracelets
At ZNA Gathering 2026, you’ll need to top up your bracelet to activate it. The first transaction incurs a €2 activation fee, and you’ll receive your first recycled Zambu cup*. After activation, all topped-up money will be available in your balance.
*Our bartenders will replace your cup whenever you visit our bars for a refill.
Refunds
Don’t forget that, in order to request a refund for any unused credits remaining after the event, you need to follow these steps:
1. Install the NFC TOOLS app and hold your wristband close to your phone to retrieve your wristband number.
2. Access: refund.360city.pt
3. Enter your wristband number and follow the instructions to complete your refund request.
Refund requests will be available from 31 July at 18:00.
The minimum refundable amount is €5.00. A €1.50 processing fee will be deducted from the refundable balance.
