This is the method we have chosen since our last edition to be used for transactions on our bars and InfoPoint stand. This does not apply to the restaurants or shops on site.
Why?
To minimize the time you may spend waiting while also improving our logistics, but more importantly it helps us make your experience smoother while partying with us.
How does it work?
We will have, at your disposal 24/7, cashless terminals on site which you are welcome to use to charge, with our assistance, your bracelet with the amount you want to spend on our bars.
We will also have at your disposal terminals/pop up where you can check your balance and/or spendings.
Which payment methods can be used to top up your balance?
We can use your any kind of credit card, physical money (currency €) or MBWay in case you have a Portuguese account.
What are the costs to use cashless?
At ZNA Gathering 2024 you will be asked to top up your bracelet to activate it. On the 1st transaction you will be charged 2€ for the bracelet activation and you will also get your 1st recycled Zambu cup*. After the bracelet is activated all the money you top up will be available in your balance.
*You are free to ask our bartenders to change your cup whenever you feel like it.
Refunds?
In case you end up with balance on your bracelet you are free to ask for a refund for the cost of 0.20€ per transaction until the 31st of July 2024.
