As you know, for this edition we decided to make an exception and allow ticket holders to change the ownership of their entry tickets through TicketSwap.

It’s true that some of you experienced difficulties using this new process and faced a less-than-smooth ownership transfer experience. We understand how frustrating that was, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

We want to assure you that everyone involved did everything possible to identify and resolve the issues that emerged after the feature was launched. Although these problems required significant time and effort from all parties involved, at a time when our main focus should be on building the festival and delivering the experience we have promised everyone attending, we felt it was important to keep working towards a solution that would make your decisions—and the risks of unexpected changes to your plans—a little easier to manage.

For that reason, we continued working closely with our service providers, who dedicated many additional hours of development to resolving the issues. We are pleased to say that, at this point, all known problems have either been fixed or have a workaround available, allowing you to resell your ticket if you are no longer able to attend.

Please note that the ownership transfer option will remain available until 5 July. After this date, we will need to close the resale process in order to finalise our attendee database and prepare the festival’s check-in system.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this experience may have caused. We would also like to remind everyone that this resale option was introduced as an exceptional measure, offered in good faith to support our community. It has never formed part of our Terms & Conditions or our contractual commitments.

As always, we have focused on creating a fluid and immersive experience, weaving together artists and performances with the intention of serving the psychedelic ritual rather than specific genres or stylistic boundaries. Diversity remains our guiding principle, allowing us to explore wider sonic territories and celebrate the elements that unite us beyond everything that separates us.

Each contribution forms part of a greater composition, a Retro-Futuristic tapestry that reveals its true power when experienced as a whole.

Every artist has been chosen not only for their talent and unique expression, but also for the role they play within this larger narrative. Together, they become something greater than the sum of their individual parts.

We truly feel that this is our finest achievement to date, and we cannot wait to share this experience with all of you.

The ZenbuSpace is a sanctuary within the festival, a peaceful haven designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect amidst the energy of the celebration.

A carefully selected team of experienced therapists and facilitators will offer a diverse programme of holistic treatments and wellbeing experiences. From massage and bodywork to energy healing, breath-work, sound journeys, movement practices, and other therapeutic sessions, there is something for everyone seeking rest, balance, or personal renewal.

Whether you wish to soothe tired muscles after long hours on the dancefloor, find a moment of stillness, or explore new healing practices, the ZenbuSpace provides a welcoming environment where you can care for yourself, deepen your connections, and enrich your festival experience.

Appointments can be booked throughout the festival, and our team will be available to help you choose the treatment or session that best suits your needs.

We understand that some of you may be holding Normal Tickets that you will no longer be able to use.

As you know, these tickets are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

However, we have now reached a complete sell-out, and there will be no further official resale dates. Although it is important for us to maintain the financial sustainability of ZNA, we also believe it is only fair to give holders of this ticket type the opportunity to resell their tickets if they can no longer attend.

We also want you to understand that handling ticket cancellations, ticket corrections, and other support requests directly consumes a significant amount of our time and energy. Adding a manual ticket transfer process at this stage would be overwhelming for our team, especially when our focus must now be on building an epic Retro-Futuristic Celebration for all of you.

At the same time, one of our biggest commitments has always been to provide solutions and options whenever possible. We want supporting ZNA to feel easy, fair, and comfortable. For that reason, we have chosen TicketSwap as our official partner for this process.

From tomorrow (10am Portugal time) on, if you hold a ticket for ZNA Gathering 2026 and are no longer able to attend, we encourage you to use the TicketSwap platform to resell your ticket to someone who can make the journey and join us.

Please bear in mind that we will not be directly involved in the resale process. However, we fully trust TicketSwap’s solution and are confident that they will provide you with excellent support throughout the experience.

If any of you experience issues during the swap, please consider creating an account with a fintech service such as Wise and continuing the transaction through that account on TicketSwap. We understand that this may be inconvenient and appreciate your patience while navigating this process.

Last but not least, we sincerely hope that if you are unable to attend ZNA Gathering 2026, it does not stop you from trying again in 2028.

Once again, you have left us speechless and so very proud. This resale sell-out has reminded us how important ZNA Gathering is for all of us.

We are already on site, and all teams are excited and fully focused on making this an edition for the books.

As you should know, the deadline for ticket cancellations has now ended. At this point, all ZNA tickets are personal, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

As promised, when the clock in Portugal strikes 11:00am, we will add to our shop all Premium tickets that have been cancelled over the past months.  For the first time, we truly felt how important this ticket type is for many of you, especially in a world that is constantly changing, where planning ahead can often be uncertain. We are glad that our Premium option has supported many of you in this context.

One of the results of this is that we now have tickets available again for Zambus who want and are able to join us, but did not have the chance before, as we sold out faster than expected.

Reminder: In the last release (March), we experienced very high demand compared to availability. Some of you may have felt that tickets were not appearing in the shop, but this happens because when a ticket is selected, it is immediately placed on hold until the purchase is completed or released back into the system if the process is not finalised. If this happens again, please do not give up immediately, as the ticket may become available again shortly.
