Cashless Refund

Dear ZNA Heads,

To request a refund for unused credits during the event, please follow these steps:

Install the NFC TOOLS app and bring your wristband close to your phone to obtain the wristband number.
Access the link: refund.360city.pt
Enter your wristband number and follow the instructions to complete the refund request.

Refunds will begin on 07/24 at 18:00 and end on 07/30 at 23:59. The minimum refundable amount is 5.00 €. There is a 0.20 € processing fee for the refund, which will be deducted from the refundable balance.
