Francisco is an Ayurvedic cook and therapist, which he has studied for 7 years. Once he found Ayurvedic cuisine nothing would go back to being the same. At the International Academy of Ayurveda, Pune, he specialised in nutrition, fasting, Panchakarma, fertility and Rasayana. He has also studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and his approach combines all learnt perspectives. Francisco likes to call himself a gastronaut, for whom cooking is a form of art, medicine and love. At the festival, Francisco will be holding practical group cooking classes.
