Carly is a Level 3 Qualified Pilates Teacher. She offers fun, relaxed, mat based Pilates classes that are designed to improve our overall strength, mobility, balance & coordination. Pilates is a full body training program, inspired by callisthenics, Yoga & ballet; specifically targeting The Powerhouse; abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes.
