Rodrigo is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher and practitioner, as well as a Traditional Chinese therapist. In 2008 he got tired of just doing sports (cycling, motocross, running) and that competitive mindset, and he wanted to merge deep into something higher. So he started studying the yoga philosophy and doing some soft physical practices alone at home, but after a year he decided to do it more seriously and Ashtanga Yoga presented itself as the perfect path. This is a practice where you have a big physical approach, but at the same time it’s really subtle because it can make you understand deeper aspects of yourself and of your mind.
