Through her own healing Journey Nadine discovered the great power of living a yogic lifestyle and is dedicated to her own practice while travelling around the world. She finds great joy in helping people find their inner strength and confidence through the tools of authentic traditional Hatha Yoga, focusing on the aspects of balancing energies and healing trauma, creating a sense of well being and health. Her passion for yoga and the love to share the ancient wisdom becomes very clear in her classes as well as the knowledge obtained in the years of working as a nurse. The focus is on building a unique stable foundation in a step by step approach. Being able to teach at festivals and to meet like-minded souls in a loving environment has been a dream coming true.
