Yoga has brought Jente on the spiritual journey of her life. She’s been practicing yoga now for several years, and started last year with sharing her rituals and flows. She’s realized that she can help others, make them feel relaxed, or more energized. The feeling of connection with the mind, soul & body is extremely powerful and the connection with the other participants is beautiful. She enjoys Yin Yoga the most, which is very relaxing, very meditative, but Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga are two other forms that she practices almost daily. Her workshops aim at creating an atmosphere where everyone feels at home: in their body, in their soul and with the people that surround them.
